Covid 19 policy

Stay safe and enjoy your practice

We are committed to create a space that is supportive of all of our students and that prioritizes learning, caring, and well-being, while strongly upholding all our requirements around health and safety. We're reliant on everyone's compliance to ensure that safety measures are effective so please take a moment to read through our safety protocol below. Together we can keep each other safe.

  • Max attendance for each class will be capped at 5 student (+one teacher)
  • 2 metre distance between participants (there will be clear markings for placement of mats)
  • Please sanitise your hands before attending class (hand sanitisers located at entry/exit points)
  • There will be no hands-on adjustments or shared props so please bring your own props
  • Please arrive 5 min before class is due to start
  • The teacher will check your temperature at the entrance using an infrared thermometer
  • We recommend that you arrive already dressed for practice
  • While we love chatting after class, we kindly ask that you leave the studio as soon as your class ends. You are very welcome to have a takeaway cup and social distanced chat outdoors!
  • High traffic surfaces will be disinfected regularly
  • The studio and common areas (e.g. lobby) will be thoroughly sanitised after each class
  • We are lucky to have a state of the art heat recovery ventilation system (it is not air conditioning!) which brings in clean, fresh air regularly every hour. The room temperature may be a little cooler so please wear an extra layer of clothing.
  • Our booking system keeps an accurate record of attendance which facilitates contact tracing, should it be necessary
  • If you feel unwell, have any symptoms of Covid, a cold, flu or any other communicable illness, or have been in contact with a Covid-19 case, please stay at home and look after yourself. The studio will still be here and ready to welcome you when you are better!
We are looking forward to having you back, in your own time, and welcome any feedback and suggestions.
