In studio, online, and outdoor classes

Little bird was born out of a simple vision: Offer high quality yoga classes in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced and committed to create a space that is supportive of all of our students.
For us practicing yoga is not about striving for the perfect pose. It is about cultivating a holistic approach to well-being, rooted in kindness, acceptance, and community.

In-studio classes will start back on Monday 27th September. In accordance to public health guidelines and for the maximum protection of our students and staff, these classes will be open to people who are fully-immunised. This policy will remain in place until October 22nd, when hopefully the community transmission-rate will have reduced and this will no longer be necessary.

We have done everything in our power to make the studio as safe as possible. We have cleaning and sanitization protocols in place and a wonderfully well-ventilated Yoga room: The room is equipped with a heat recovery ventilation system which ensures that clean filtered air is continually supplied to the studio, while stale air is extracted. 

 Each class will have a maximum of 10 students with a gap between classes of 30 minutes, to ensure a safe and easy transition. Access to the studio will be via the side door. This is to avoid moving through the café when it is busy. We kindly ask students to bring their own mats and arrive ten minutes before class to sign-in and settle into the room.  Students will be required to bring a copy of their Digital Covid certificate for their first in-studio class. This is an essential requirement to attend the class. 

We will be supplying yoga bolsters and props for the restorative classes, but these will be disinfected after the class. Please feel free to bring a small towel with you to put over the bolster and if you prefer to bring your own blankets please do so.

More than anything we hope that you will all feel safe and protected. That you will enjoy the classes and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

Online classes

We offer online classes and workshops led by our senior teachers to suit different levels of practice. Online classes and workshops* can be booked via the Little bird app, mindbody app, or our website. To view the range of classes on offer and times, please see our class timetable.

After you sign in for a class, you will receive an email with the zoom class link (please check your junkmail, spam and promotion folders). If you haven’t received the email 1 hr before the class, please contact us at yoga@little-bird.ie. The email with the link will come from no-reply@apiant.com so we would recommend adding the latter to your contact list. You can access Zoom from your desktop, smartphone, or tablet. You do not need a ZOOM account to access classes but you may need to install it on your device and/or ok a few permissions.

Outdoor classes

Our outdoor classes take place every Saturday (11am-12pm) in the Front Lawn Pavilion located besides IMMA (Irish Museum of Moden Art) in the beautiful grounds of the Royal Kilmainham Hospital (Dublin 8). These classes are a wonderful opportunity to practice in an iconic location and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, surrounded by nature and stunning works of art.

Outdoor classes are mixed level and limited to 25 students. Classes need to be pre-booked online (advanced booking is recommended).
Classes take place under a pavilion so you can enjoy all the benefits of practicing outdoors without having to worry if it starts to drizzle. 

Cancellation policy: bookings can be cancelled up until 12 hrs before classes start. If the cancellation occurs after this time, we will be unable to offer account credit or a refund.
