Online Classes

Online classes can be booked via the Little bird app, mindbody app, or our website. To view the range of classes on offer and times, please see our class timetable.

Registration closes 1 hr before the class scheduled time.

After you sign in for a class, you will receive an email with the zoom class link (please check your junkmail, spam and promotion folders). If you haven’t received the email 1 hr before the class, please contact us at yoga@little-bird.ie. The email with the link will come from no-reply@apiant.com so we would recommend adding the latter to your contact list.

You can access Zoom from your desktop, smartphone, or tablet. You do not need a ZOOM account to access classes but you may need to install it on your device and/or ok a few permissions.

In studio 4 week courses

Little bird was born out of a simple vision: Offer high quality yoga classes in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. We are committed to create a space that is supportive of all of our students and that prioritizes learning, caring, and well-being, while strongly upholding all our requirements around health and safety.

With this in mind, we have decided to run most of our in-studio classes as 4 week long courses. Signing up for a course is a lovely way to learn and build your practice step-by-step, exploring a different theme or group of poses each week, while receiving guidance and feedback from your teacher. While we love the course format, we also understand that not everyone can commit to attending the studio regularly so we are also offering morning classes that can be attended as single session.

Attendance for all of our in studio courses and classes is limited to 5 students to ensure social distancing and that each participant receives a high level of personalised tuition.
