Little bird is committed to a maintaining the trust & confidence of our students and visitors to our website. In this Privacy Policy we’ve provided information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. This website complies with all EU and UK national laws and requirements for user privacy.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER
We engage with Little bird students in a regular email newsletter, with updates on studio activities, including classes and workshops. The newsletter mailing list is based on data provided by you when you create an account in the MINDBODY studio booking system, but only if you opt in to the newsletter. In other words, you choose whether or not to receive news from us.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Little bird studio uses the MINDBODY booking system to provide an efficient booking experience for the yoga classes.
The system stores information including your name and email address. We also require a contact telephone number (preferably mobile) so that we can notify you of last-minute changes to class times. This is now an essential requirement for contact tracing of Covid19 MINDBODY also stores credit card information to allow users to purchase memberships and class passes online. These details are all encrypted and cannot be read by us or any other individual.
MINDBODY stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) related to transferring data outside of the EU. The cafe uses LOYLAP for online food and drink orders and to record loyalty points for our customers. The system stores information in order to contact you about your order and also stores encrypted credit card details. For more details of the LOYLAP privacy policy please click here

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
We use social media, including Facebook and Instagram to engage with our students and customers. These providers have their own privacy policies, which can be viewed independently. You should use the social media sharing button at your own discretion.
