If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with one of our Intro to Yoga 4 week courses – feel free to browse our yoga pricing. These are offered monthly and provide a solid introduction to basic aspects of postural yoga.
We kindly ask students to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals can disrupt the flow of the class and inconvenience other students.
If you happen to arrive late, and the studio main entrance is closed, please ring the bell and wait for the instructor to let you in.
Please note that we cannot guarantee admission if you arrive late and that we don’t offer refunds or rescheduling if you miss a class due to being late.
You cannot freeze or pause your monthly pass via your account, but if you cannot attend classes due to injury, illness, or bereavement, please email us and we will extend your pass.
Monthly passes cannot be upgraded/exchanged and are valid for regular classes only. Workshops, 90 min masterclasses, and events need to be booked separately. Early morning passes can only be used to attend “Early Morning” Classes.

The space feels calm the moment you walk in, and the teachers are warm, encouraging, and really present. Always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
The teachers create such a supportive environment, and it’s honestly become one of my favourite parts of the week.
Really professional. Well done.

Little Bird…the energy in the room is lovely, and the teachers are great at making everyone feel comfortable, whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. No regrets.
A genuinely nice space to slow down for a bit and get out of your head. Lovely people, a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, and a great spot in Dublin 8.
