Expert Yoga Teachers
Qualified instructors provide safe, dedicated teaching to help you stretch and strengthen.

Yin Yoga (यिन योग) was developed in the late 1970s by martial arts expert and yoga teacher Paulie Zink, and later shaped into the form we know today by teachers Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers.
Drawing from ancient Chinese Taoist philosophy, it focuses on the deeper connective tissues of the body — the ligaments, joints and fascia that most forms of exercise simply don’t reach.
It is a practice rooted in patience, stillness and the understanding that some things can only open when you stop trying to force them.

If you are someone who finds it hard to slow down, or whose body feels stiff, tight and reluctant to move freely, Yin Yoga could be a quiet revelation. Poses are held for anywhere between three and five minutes, giving your deeper tissues the time they genuinely need to soften and release.
It is a practice of surrender rather than effort — and for many people, that makes it one of the most challenging and most rewarding things they have ever done.

If Yin Yoga feels like the stillness your body and mind have been quietly craving, we would love to welcome you to the mat at Little-Bird.
Yoga PricingThe space feels calm the moment you walk in, and the teachers are warm, encouraging, and really present. Always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
The teachers create such a supportive environment, and it’s honestly become one of my favourite parts of the week.
Really professional. Well done.

Little Bird…the energy in the room is lovely, and the teachers are great at making everyone feel comfortable, whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. No regrets.
A genuinely nice space to slow down for a bit and get out of your head. Lovely people, a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, and a great spot in Dublin 8.
