Hatha Flow (हठ प्रवाह) is a beautiful modern blend of two beloved yoga traditions — the mindful, pose-focused roots of Hatha and the breath-led movement of Flow yoga. It emerged in the late 20th century as teachers began looking for a style that offered the best of both worlds — structure and fluidity, stillness and movement.
While it doesn’t have the centuries-old history of traditional Hatha, it has quickly become a favourite for those who want a practice that feels both grounding and gently energising.
Think of it as the perfect middle ground — not too fast, not too still, just beautifully balanced.
