Open to those in the initial stages of yoga or completely new to the practice. Beginner yoga level classes in Dublin provide a solid, safe foundation and are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Intermediate classes are for students who want to develop and refine their practice and learn more challenging postures. Not suitable for beginners
These classes are open to anyone with some yoga experience. Students are offered variations to suit their levels of practice and abilities.
The space feels calm the moment you walk in, and the teachers are warm, encouraging, and really present. Always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
The teachers create such a supportive environment, and it’s honestly become one of my favourite parts of the week.
