With Purpose
Missed class fees support vulnerable children in Ethiopia and Tanzania through our charity partner.

Filled with natural light and clean, filtered fresh air, the space follows the classical proportions of the golden section, creating a natural sense of comfort and spaciousness.
The wooden floors and ceiling, paired with plain white walls, offer a calming backdrop for your practice.
This is a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone – from complete beginners to experienced yogis – where you can feel at ease the moment you step inside.

We strive to be inclusive, friendly, and honest in everything we do – from the way we teach, to our décor, branding, and how we welcome you through our doors.
Caring for the environment is important to us, which is why we have created a garden to the front and side of the building to bring a touch of nature back to the city streets.

Our mission is to foster an environment rooted in body positivity, non-competitiveness, and genuine warmth.
As a community of teachers, we encourage students to practice in a way that feels true to their needs and supports their overall wellbeing.
Small class sizes mean that our teachers can provide individual guidance to students, fostering personal connection and helping build confidence.

Our yoga teachers are a connected community united by body positivity, non-competitiveness, and care.
While each brings their own expertise, all support a welcoming environment where you can practise yoga in a way that feels true to your needs, free from pressure and at your own pace.

There are many different forms of yoga and the range of styles can be confusing. Most styles practiced today derive from Hatha yoga, the forerunner of all postural yoga.
Many styles emphasise the connection of breath and movement as an integral part of the practice; some include an element of meditation, and all include relaxation at the end of class.
The space feels calm the moment you walk in, and the teachers are warm, encouraging, and really present. Always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
The teachers create such a supportive environment, and it’s honestly become one of my favourite parts of the week.
Really professional. Well done.

Little Bird…the energy in the room is lovely, and the teachers are great at making everyone feel comfortable, whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. No regrets.
A genuinely nice space to slow down for a bit and get out of your head. Lovely people, a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, and a great spot in Dublin 8.
