YOGA CLASSES
Little bird was born out of a simple vision: Offer high quality yoga classes in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced and are committed to creating a space that is supportive of all of our students. For us, practicing yoga is not about striving for the perfect pose. It is about cultivating a holistic approach to well-being, rooted in kindness, acceptance, and community.

IN STUDIO CLASSES
Drop in rates:
€19 (evening and weekend classes)
€16 (10am/5pm classes, Mon-Fri only)
€14 (lunchtime, Mon-Fri only)
€20 (Mysore, Prenatal Yoga, & course drop in rate)
Monthly Passes:
5 class pass (valid for one month) €75
8 class pass (valid for one month) €110
(Monthly passes cannot be used to book Prenatal Yoga classes)
Mysore Passes (only valid for Mysore classes):
2 times a week (valid for 4 weeks) €105
3 times a week (valid for 4 weeks) €135
4 times a week (valid for 4 weeks): €150
Workshops
Price for yoga, ayurveda, and breathwork workshops range between €30-€50
Kirtan/Vocal connection €26
* Prenatal yoga classes and course drop in classes are excluded from the monthly passes and need to be purchased separately. In-studio passes are valid from the date of first booking. Passes cannot be refunded or extended. Unused credits cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Our cancellation policy is 12 hrs for regular classes and 48 hrs for workshops/events. In case of an early cancellation, the credit will be returned to your Little bird account. For late cancellations, the full cost of the class will be deducted from your account.
CLASS LEVELS
BEGINNER
Open to those in the initial stages of yoga or completely new to the practice. Beginner level classes provide a solid, safe foundation and are suitable for all levels of fitness.
INTERMEDIATE
Intermediate classes are for students who want to develop and refine their practice and learn more challenging postures. Not suitable for beginners
MIXED LEVEL
These classes are open to anyone with some yoga experience. Students are offered variations to suit their levels of practice and abilities.
